Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of Multilingo Kids, a multilingual language-learning service for families and schools, operated by Norman Pipitone ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these terms. If you use Multilingo Kids on behalf of a school or organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
Accounts & eligibility
Only adults aged 18 or over may create and hold an account. Children access Multilingo Kids only through profiles created and supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or school administrator under our Privacy & COPPA Policy. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions & billing
Family plans are billed at $14.99 per month (with a 7-day free trial) or $119 per year. School licenses are billed at $299 per month for up to 50 students. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle, which handles payment collection, applicable sales tax/VAT, invoices and refunds on our behalf. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Plan changes and cancellations are made through the self-serve billing portal.
Free tier & fair use
The free family tier includes one child profile and one language without progress reports. Paid plans unlock up to four children, all languages, and reports. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, share logins beyond the permitted household or classroom, or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
School licenses
A school license grants the licensed institution use of Multilingo Kids for up to 50 students for the duration of an active subscription. Schools may activate and deactivate the license through their dashboard. Classroom codes are anonymous and must not be shared publicly.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute Multilingo Kids content — including vocabulary lists, audio, storybooks and printable materials — except for personal or licensed classroom use as intended by the product.
Intellectual property
All Multilingo Kids content, software and branding are owned by Norman Pipitone and protected by copyright and trademark law. Your account grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while your subscription is active.
Disclaimers & liability
Multilingo Kids is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Learning outcomes vary and we do not guarantee specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. You may stop using Multilingo Kids and delete your account at any time, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
